Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements for IT systems and digital solutions.
• Assist in analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement using technology.
• Support the design and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing systems.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment of business needs and technical solutions.
• Prepare documentation such as business requirement specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support.
• Work with data analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain clear communication with internal development teams and/or external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools exposure to automation, data visualization tools (e.g. UiPath, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Interest in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and digital innovation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic Global IT organization.
