We are seeking a System Analyst to support a government agency at Depot Road, Singapore.
This is a 12-month contract (renewable) under NTT Data payroll.
The selected candidate will work onsite within the agency's secured premises and support the Enterprise team in configuration management governance, process improvement, enterprise architecture initiatives, and audit support.
This role requires strong governance, documentation, Excel/PowerPoint, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as secretariat for the Configuration Management Committee (CMC): assess and process approval requests, guide requestors, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support continuous improvement of CMC processes, including:
Optimisation of operational workflows.
Implementation and refinement of Greenlane fast-track approvals.
Digitalisation of CMC workflows into workflow management systems. - Support Enterprise Architecture initiatives, including:
Maintain platform and product landscape in line with enterprise strategy.
Organise Enterprise Architecture working group meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups. - Maintain updated Systems Master List, including system capabilities and criticality.
- Support internal audits, including RFI collation and audit fieldwork on IT systems.
- Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance with governance standards and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
2-5 years experience in information technology.
Exposure to IT ecosystems (networks, infrastructure, platforms, enterprise systems).
Strong documentation and governance/reporting experience.
- Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (large data handling) & PowerPoint (presentations).
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Good organisational, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
Ability to work proactively, independently, and in teams.

Must be able to obtain CAT 2A Security Clearance due to the nature of the work
Willing to work onsite at Depot Road.
