Business Project Manager (Restaurant / Hospitality)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage restaurant projects to improve operations, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Identify new business opportunities, additional revenue streams, and strategies for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare reports and updates for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Support implementation of new initiatives such as menu changes, technology upgrades, staff training, and promotions.
