Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence, with a focus on business value and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with the Deposits & Payments team to plan, manage, and execute system implementation projects and enhancements.
  • Define and document user requirements, ensuring functional specifications align with business needs.
  • Support budget planning and tracking for assigned projects.
  • Foster effective collaboration across business and support units, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate project activities involving multiple teams and departments.
  • Develop and review test scenarios and test cases to support pre-implementation testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any related discipline .
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking industry.
  • Proven experience in managing system implementation projects.
  • Project and process management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent tracking and follow-up capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
