Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence, with a focus on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with the Deposits & Payments team to plan, manage, and execute system implementation projects and enhancements.
- Define and document user requirements, ensuring functional specifications align with business needs.
- Support budget planning and tracking for assigned projects.
- Foster effective collaboration across business and support units, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project activities involving multiple teams and departments.
- Develop and review test scenarios and test cases to support pre-implementation testing.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any related discipline .
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking industry.
- Proven experience in managing system implementation projects.
- Project and process management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent tracking and follow-up capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
