Business Process Reengineering Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 5 years of expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking domain processes, with a proven track record of analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and process reengineering in banking domains such as Loans and Credit Risk.
• Collaborate with business departments to define detailed requirements.
• Develop and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Create system mock-ups and functional specification documents.
• Align requirements and deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Communicate system requirements effectively to application engineers.
• Validate the To-Be system from a business perspective.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Tehcnology or Equivalent .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Business Analyst with over 5 years of expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• Proven experience in business process reengineering.
• Strong skills in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing UAT.
• Professional mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Prior experience working in a consulting firm is a plus.
