Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Modeller for a Multinational Corporation (MNC). The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify and capture process requirements, document and align on the future-state processes through Fit-to-Standard assessment workshops and detailed process design workshops

Key Responsibilities

  • Process design and documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document processes (current-state / future-state) that align with business requirements and business rules in Signavio.
  • Process analysis and optimisation Analyse current business processes using tools and methodologies such as process mapping, data analysis, and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and process reengineering to simplify, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.
  • Requirements gathering Work closely with business users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for process changes as part of Fit to Standard assessment and / or Detailed Process Design workshops.
  • Performance measurement Support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure process performance through Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligence (and measure before and after performance).
  • Stakeholder collaboration Engage with various key stakeholders to ensure that process design meet business needs and are integrated into the overall detailed design.

Key Qualifications

  • 7 10 years of process modelling experience, with prior experience as a Business Analyst in business process mapping and BPMN, process analysis, process optimisation, end-to-end integration, and requirements gathering.
  • Fluency / Proficiency in using Signavio.
  • Experience working in a high-paced environment, and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive deliverables / outcomes.
  • Strong understanding / fluency of global business processes and their interdependencies across the lens of people, process, and technology.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
