Business Migration Executive

Position: BUSINESS MIGRATION EXECUTIVE (Japanese Speaking)

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEANregion
• Conduct demand planning based on customers requirements and forecasts
• Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for deliverycoordination
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers tosuppliers and Japan HQ
• Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply ChainManagement, or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, purchasing or materialplanning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of projecttransfers from Japan HQ
