- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Upsell and cross-sell services while maintaining ethical standards
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rates and client retention
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory
- Track revenue, prepare reports, and analyze business performance
- Handle billing, payments, and supplier relationships
