Job Summary
Manage comprehensive financial operations including accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and budgeting. Support administrative functions, government grant applications, and collaborate with auditors and tax agents. Assist with HR recruitment and trade fair coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full sets of financial accounts using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform monthly and year-end account closings in compliance with Singapore Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and quarterly GST submissions to maintain statutory compliance
- Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheque payments to manage company disbursements
- Support billing processes, handle shipping documents, maintain fixed asset registers, and perform general administrative duties
- Conduct tax planning and budgeting to optimize financial performance and compliance
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents to resolve audit and tax-related issues effectively
- Apply for government grants such as Market Readiness Assistance and Double Tax Deduction to secure funding support
- Assist in recruitment activities and HR-related administrative tasks to support workforce management
- Coordinate and assist in managing trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance company presence and marketing efforts
