We are looking for a Business Management Manager to support regional reporting and business process improvement across our group companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying gaps, improving workflow, and partnering with different stakeholders to strengthen reporting quality and operational visibility.
You will play a key role in consolidating and analysing sales, receivables, and inventory data across subsidiaries, while also supporting workflow review, process standardisation, and ERP-related initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
Consolidate and analyse sales, receivables, and inventory data across group companies
Prepare management reports and highlight key trends, risks, and business issues
Review workflow and reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and control
Work closely with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
Support ERP implementation, enhancement, and process improvement initiatives
Recommend practical solutions to strengthen reporting flow and business processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and other business analysis activities when required
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, business analysis, or business management
Experience in consolidation and reporting of sales, receivables, and inventory data
Experience in workflow review, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, or process recommendation
Experience in a manufacturing environment, or audit experience supporting manufacturing clients
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with subsidiaries, regional entities, or multi-company environments will be an advantage
