We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Business Manager to join our growing team in the dynamic field of Enterprise IT Infrastructure Hardware. You will be responsible for supporting the sales of our products to international customers, developing new business accounts through outreach efforts, while managing the full sales cycle and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
The Business Manager is responsible for managing the full commercial cycle, combining inside sales, procurement, operations coordination, and account development. The role covers quotation management, product sourcing, order execution, and regional business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound quotation requests from global customers
Prepare and issue quotations to enterprises and regional resellers
Assess pricing,margins, market positioning, and shipping costs
Source products from brokers and suppliers, including RFQs and supplier selection
Negotiate purchase terms and issue purchase orders
Coordinate and process customer orders (sales orders, shipping, invoicing)
Ensure timely fulfilment and operational accuracy throughout the order cycle
Drive new account acquisition through proactive sales development
Identify and close sales opportunities across assigned markets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Maintain and develop existing customer accounts
Strengthen account relationships to maximise retention and revenue growth
Monitor customer activity and support long-term partnership development
Requirements
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
Strong commercial mindset with focus on margin and market awareness
Entrepreneurial attitude with ownership mentality
Analytical and detail-oriented
Ability to understand technical product use cases and customer needs
Operationally disciplined with strong follow-through
