Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to support the growth of our security services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions (RFPs)
. Conduct client meetings and deliver professional presentations
. Follow up on sales enquiries and manage the sales pipeline
. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
. Work closely with operations and management to ensure smooth service delivery
. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
Requirements:
. Prior working experience in the security industry is required
. Experience in sales, business development, or account management
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Confident in presenting to management-level clients
. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
. Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
. Proven track record in achieving sales targets
. Experience handling tenders or corporate accounts
