A private bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support its Private Banking business in Singapore. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality management information (MIS) reporting, business analytics, and performance tracking to support senior management, Head Office, and the branch. In return, you will enjoy a competitive remuneration package of up to $100,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain Tableau reporting for the Private Banking business.
- Prepare dashboards and performance summaries for management, covering revenue tracking, transaction reporting, and cost management.
- Develop, refine, and improve MIS reports, KPI reporting, and other relevant management reports to support business decision-making.
- Support budgeting processes, assist with business strategy formulation, and conduct competitor benchmarking by gathering and analyzing market intelligence.
- Coordinate with Head Office, business units, and the Singapore branch to manage ad-hoc information and reporting requests from senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL, with the ability to extract and analyze data from multiple MIS databases.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Good understanding of the Private Banking business and its products will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) preferred to liaise effectively with Head Office and regional stakeholders.
