As part of their strategic expansion in Singapore, they are looking to appoint a Team Head / Market Head, along with a team of seasoned Relationship Managers, to join their Singapore branch.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the banks growth in the region and working with sophisticated clients across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 24 experienced Relationship Managers, fostering collaboration and driving business development.
- Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on either the North Asia or Southeast Asia markets.
- Grow and manage a personal book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients by delivering bespoke wealth management solutions.
- Serve a client base with international interests and complex cross-border needs, offering seamless wealth services across jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive multi-asset solutions, including investment advisory, wealth planning, and banking services.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in private banking, with deep coverage of the North Asia or Southeast Asia markets.
- Strong leadership and team management experience within a high-performing private banking environment.
- Ability to bring and grow a transferable client portfolio.
- Expertise across a broad range of wealth management products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong relationship-driven approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Capable of handling complex client needs with tailored, innovative financial solutions.
