Job Description

Alcotech Pte Ltd specialises in Drug Testing, Alcohol Testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs. We also manage global drug and alcohol testing programs and provide regulatory support for medical devices across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

We are seeking a capable and resourceful Business & Investment Associate to the Founder to act as a trusted right-hand person in managing both the operations of Alcotech Pte Ltd and the Founders investment portfolio. The Founder is an ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNI) with several business interests.

This is not a traditional assistant role. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to business operations, regulatory affairs, and wealth management, while helping ensure the Founders time remains focused on strategic priorities.

This position offers a unique entry point for motivated graduates who are eager to learn, take on responsibility, and develop a broad set of professional skills under close mentorship.

The ideal candidate is organised, discreet, detail-oriented, and confident in managing responsibilities independently while representing the Founder in professional settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Company Operations
  • Oversee order processing.
  • Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with nominee directors, corporate secretaries, and accountants across ASEAN.
  • Assist medical device registration dossiers with regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia. Training is provided.
  • Operate and manage Alcotechs global drug and alcohol testing programs, including scheduling, reporting, and donors&apos communications. Training is provided.
  • Attend and represent the Founder in meetings with clients, partners, and regulators.
  • Wealth Management
  • Track and monitor investment portfolios, financial reports, and performance updates.
  • Liaise with financial advisors, bankers, and stakeholders to support informed decision-making and execute trades on behalf.
  • Conduct research and prepare concise briefs on new business and investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Prefer someone with some experience in capital markets and investments.
  • Good command of English
  • Strong interest in business strategy and investments.
  • Comfortable with numbers and financial data; strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Salary

$3,800 - $4,200 monthly
