Be a subject matter expert in retail finance (credit) data and business.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, define problems, and implement feasible solutions through data technology.
Research and implement analytical frameworks (user analysis, conversion funnels, A/B testing, etc.) to uncover business opportunities through systematic analysis.
Consolidate data from multiple data sources to create integrated views, reports, and dashboards to monitor business performance.
Work with the data engineering team to structure, curate, and optimize data marts to support scalable data applications
Develop variable tools/workflows and optimize existing processes to boost operational working efficiency, in both traditional and GenAI approaches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, or other related fields
1+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and data engineering
Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)
Experiences working with large-scale structured datasets for advanced analytics and reporting is a must
Experiences on end-to-end data tools and data marts development is highly preferred
Deep knowledge in GenAI tools and experiences in GenAI workflows development is a big plus
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
