Role Description
A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst transforms data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role analyzes data, generates reports, and provides recommendations that drive strategy, improve operations, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, and BI tools)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present business insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and KPIs
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Support data-driven projects and initiatives across departments
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis
- Stay updated on BI tools, analytics trends, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 15 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or business analysis
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of databases
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
