Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management
- Supervise and lead administrative staff to maintain high performance standards
- Manage office budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment tracking and supplier liaison
- Prepare and review business correspondence such as reports, emails, and official letters
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with company policies
- Support and administer HR processes and policies, including:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Leave management and attendance tracking
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Assisting in policy implementation and compliance
- Support cross-functional teams, including project and operations departments
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration & Management or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are an advantage
Work Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administration or office management
- Proven experience in team supervision and office operations
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, and HR administration preferred

- Knowledge of logistics operations, including:
- Supply chain and procurement processes
- Supplier and freight forwarder coordination
- Shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery orders)
- Shipment tracking and delivery coordination
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements
