Job Summary
The role involves coordinating projects and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution and accurate documentation within the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication and collaboration by liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to support project progress.
- Maintain and update all project paperwork, including contracts, warranties, and compliance documents, to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Organize and manage project documents and records for easy retrieval and accurate tracking.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic project documents to support financial processes.
- Provide administrative support to the project team and complete ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Working Hours
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary
- SGD $1500 - $2,500 per month (basic), depending on experience
