Job Description

We are working with a high-growth, independently-owned global creative and media network built for modern marketing — fast, integrated and production-led.

They're looking for a Business Director to lead a portfolio of key accounts across Southeast Asia.

This is not a passive servicing role. It's for someone who can drive growth within accounts, lead senior client relationships and deliver work at scale and pace.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of complex, high-value client relationships:

  • Account leadership — owning senior client relationships and driving long-term partnership growth
  • Revenue expansion — identifying opportunities to increase scope, investment and impact within existing accounts
  • Production-led delivery — overseeing high-volume, always-on content ecosystems
  • Commercial oversight — ensuring account health, profitability and delivery against commitments
  • Cross-functional leadership — working closely with creative, media and production teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Team leadership — coaching and developing a high-performing, diverse team

You'll be the senior voice across your accounts — trusted, credible and commercially sharp.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior client level
  • Strong people leadership — able to build, motivate and retain teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
