Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on General Manager - Finance to lead the company's financial operations, planning, and governance. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through strong financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives

. Act as a key advisor to CEO/Board on financial planning and decision-making

. Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

2. Financial Management & Reporting

. Oversee full spectrum of finance operations (FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax)

. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)

. Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities

3. Business Partnering

. Partner with business units to drive profitability and cost optimization

. Provide financial insights to support commercial and operational decisions

. Evaluate investment opportunities, ROI, and capital allocation

4. Compliance & Governance

. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies

. Manage audits (internal & external) and regulatory reporting

. Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks

5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

. Oversee cash flow planning, working capital, and liquidity management

. Manage banking relationships, financing, and funding strategies

6. Team Leadership

. Lead and develop the finance team

. Establish high-performance culture and strong financial discipline

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)

. 10-15+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

. Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance

. Experience in strategic finance, business partnering, and decision support

. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
