Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills proven track record in building and motivating high-performing teams.
Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and last-mile delivery optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of driving efficiency and cost reduction.
