Job Description

Primarily responsible for business development includes achieving his/her portfolio's Key Result Areas (KRAs) as determined by Agency Management

. Responsible for overseeing the success of his/her portfolio's sales activities and managing the overall production numbers together with his/her SDOA.

. Strategic and Operational Alignment. Roll out strategic plans of company to agency force and align agency leader's goals and expectations accordingly. To minimize the gap between management and agency force.

. Driving the company's key initiatives and growth by working together with the SDOA to strategize and plan for location sales activities and programs

. Develop positive business relationships with assigned agency groups and internal stakeholders.

. Liaise with Operational teams for underwriting, after sales supports

Minimum Job Requirements:

. Education - Degree Holder Experience

. Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry.

. Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred

. Certifications/licenses - CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred

. Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task

. Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player
