Business Development Specialist

Company Description Kingston Medical Clinic, part of Kingston Medical Group Pte Ltd established in 2017, is a leading health screening center for foreign workers in Singapore.

Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate clients, employment agencies, and other partners, and promoting Kingston Medical Clinic's health screening and testing services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with clinical and operations teams to customize service offerings. The specialist will monitor market trends, participate in outreach activities, support tender and contract negotiations, and maintain accurate sales and pipeline reports. The role also involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives for the clinic.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to assess opportunities, interpret data, and support business planning.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions, and provide responsive support to clients and partners.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience and related business development skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and CRM tools to manage client information and reporting.
• Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Candidates should possess prior experience in healthcare, medical services, or corporate sales as an advantage, along with familiarity with Singapore's healthcare and employment landscape.
