Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a Sales & Campaign Specialist to drive partner growth by pitching deal solutions to F&B and retail merchants, leading negotiations, and securing participation in marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective partners by presenting Deals solutions to F&B and retail merchants through both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
• Lead negotiations, close agreements, and secure merchant participation in marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Advocate offerings by highlighting targeted deals, voucher programs, and performance-based marketing tools.
• Manage onboarding to ensure merchants are set up, launched, and optimised effectively for their deal offers.
• Serve as the main contact for merchant inquiries regarding campaign setup, performance, and optimisation.
• Analyse campaign outcomes to identify improvements and drive repeat merchant participation.
• Collaborate internally with Ads, Account Management, CRM, and Payments teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Stay market-informed by monitoring competitor activities and merchant feedback to enhance campaign relevance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or account management (F&B, media, digital marketing, or e-commerce exposure preferred).
• Experience with performance-based marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Negotiation expertise and confidence in closing deals.
• Independent mindset, thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Analytical skills to interpret and act on campaign performance data.
• Stakeholder management to oversee multiple campaigns and merchant relationships simultaneously.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing new business.
