This is a 6 months to 1 year contract role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand securities business operations and market presence
- Lead the implementation and management of business campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and business partners to achieve targeted outcomes
- Manage and promote cross-border business collaborations within CGS International to enhance regional integration and business development
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Identify and assess potential business partnerships and collaborations to support business expansion and diversification
- Build and nurture relationships within the business network to create cross-selling opportunities and increase client engagement
- Lead client acquisition efforts by identifying and targeting new market segments to generate qualified leads
- Plan and organize financial literacy webinars and events aimed at educating sales representatives and clients, enhancing product knowledge and engagement
- Gather and analyze industry trends and market developments to inform and refine marketing strategies
- Support additional business strategies and directives as assigned by senior management to drive organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, specifically in business marketing or product development roles
- Knowledge of Equity Products & Services to effectively support business and marketing initiatives
- Proven experience in launching and managing simultaneous campaigns for diverse investment products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate strategies and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work meticulously under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Engineering, Data Management, or Statistics
