Your role: Are you a B2B SaaS sales professional with a passion for the intersection of Law and AI AÏP Genius is looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us scale our global outreach as we enter a critical phase of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue & Growth, you'll be a core contributor to our Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. This is a remote role designed for someone who takes ownership of their results and thrives on autonomy, with a focus on the APAC market.
The Mission: Your goal is to penetrate targeted markets and build a high-velocity pipeline. Your success is measured by Qualified Meetings (SQLs) and Pipeline Value Generated. Key responsibilities include:

Key Qualifications & Skills
✔ Mindset: A unique blend of legal-mind, salesperson, and tech-enthusiast
✔ Experience: 2-3 years in Business Development within IP/LegalTech or related industries
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or CS (or equivalent high-level sales experience).
✔ Legal Savvy: Comfortable navigating conversations with lawyers and in-house counsels
✔ IP knowledgeable: Basic understanding of patents and/or trademarks
✔ Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
