The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), youll be the engine of the sales teamidentifying opportunities, sparking conversations, and opening doors with enterprise prospects.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting into enterprise accounts across ANZ, with support from Marketing and Sales Leadership.
- Running multichannel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
- Creating innovative campaigns to engage decision-makers and C-suite leaders.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
- Representing the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What Were Looking For
- 1+ years of sales or BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or Tech is a bonus).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, youre confident on the phone, in writing, and in presenting.
- Organised, resilient, and motivated to hit and exceed targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, youre creative about finding ways to get a yes.
