Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and motivated Business Development & Marketing Communication Executive and in this role, you will be responsible to:
- Contribute to the delivery of marketing and communications collateral including Beca's website and digital channels
- Manage pursuits and bids, which includes preparing and reviewing written bid proposals and coordination of people
- Have good commercial understanding of Singapore's Built Environment Sector
- Be up to date with market trends and proactively seek information to keep the business informed
- Promote growth and execute market strategies by implementing tactical plans
- Participate professionally and enthusiastically in assigned tasks
- Coordinate documentation and correspondence maintaining the quality and performance of Beca's brand
- Develop an understanding of Beca and the markets we operate within
- Co-ordinate own workflows and act in a timely manner to complete assigned requests and when unable to meet expectations, escalate to more experienced colleagues to reach an agreement on course of action
- Assist in the design and delivery of a range of marketing programmes and communications
- Pro-actively contribute to growing Beca's profile in the wider industry
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills
Marketing & Communications
- Deliver marketing and communications collateral across website and digital channels, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
- Plan and execute marketing programmes and campaigns, coordinating inputs from relevant stakeholders.
- Manage marketing documentation and correspondence, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all outputs.
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Actively monitor market trends and proactively generate insights to inform business and growth discussions.
- Develop a strong understanding of Beca's markets, clients, and competitive environment to support strategic positioning.
Growth & Strategy Execution
- Execute market strategies by translating priorities into clear, actionable tactical plans.
- Support growth initiatives by driving assigned actions and contributing ideas that strengthen market presence.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance Beca's profile and reputation within the industry.
Bids, Pursuits & Coordination
- Coordinate bids and pursuits end‑to‑end, including proposal development, content input, and contributor management.
- Manage own workload proactively, engaging stakeholders early and escalating risks or constraints as needed.
