Job Summary
Engage customers to promote products and promotions, maximize sales through upselling, maintain product displays, and collaborate with team members to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to promote new products, seasonal items, and ongoing promotions to increase sales
- Perform upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales revenue at retail outlets
- Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays to attract customer attention
- Verify accuracy of promotional materials and price tags to ensure correct information is presented
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and support store objectives
- Collect and report customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Adapt to assigned duties as directed by Supervisor or Manager to support operational needs
- Travel across different outlets within the assigned region to support sales activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Promoter or in Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
