The Opportunity

Our client is the powerhouse behind some of the world's most influential premier digital asset conferences. They are seeking a high-octane Business Development Manager to join their Singapore team. This is not a regular sales role as it's a position designed for a powerhouse negotiator who can manage the high-stakes ecosystem of global event production and strategic growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with and manage top-tier global vendors (production, venues, logistics, tech) for world-class execution

  • Secure and close high-value sponsorships with leading Web3, Crypto and AI firms

  • Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to boost event reach and influence

  • Oversee the growth pipeline from initial outreach to contract negotiation, execution, and post-event reporting

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure sponsorship fulfillment and seamless vendor integration

  • Monitor Web3, Crypto and AI trends to maintain the industry's event offerings

The Role

This leadership role will drive the next phase of expansion for global flagship events. You will be a primary architect of commercial success, scaling the ecosystem through high-value partnerships and strategic vendor integration. Operating with a founding mindset, you will own the entire project lifecycle, from inception to execution. The role demands a disciplined professional adept at navigating the complex intersection of Web3, Crypto or AI, and large-scale event production, ensuring maximum market impact and profitability

What we need

  • Proven Business Development/Sales/Partnerships experience

  • Strong passion for Web3, Crypto and AI

  • Highly organized, managing complex, concurrent projects with attention to detail

  • Exceptional negotiation skills ability to articulate complex value to C-suite

  • Collaborated with global/APAC Web3, crypto, or AI network
