Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business DevelopmentExecutive to grow our car leasing portfolio. You will be the face of thecompany focusing on new business development and account management with aspecific focus on serving our Japanese corporate clientele.

You will be managing everything from cold call and salesproposal to the final delivery of the vehicle. This is a role where we gobeyond than just closing the deal you ensure seamless experience bycoordinating with operations, managing contracts, and maintaining strong tieswith our corporate clients.

Responsibilities

. Identify and acquire new corporate andindividual leads through cold calling, networking, and digital advertising(e.g., Singalife), focusing on Japanese corporate clients.

. Build and maintain strong relationships withexisting clients and car dealers to drive sales growth and secure competitivepricing.

. Manage the full leasing cycle, including salesproposals, contracts, lease applications, and payments.

. Act as the primary point of contact forenquiries, test drives, vehicle delivery/collection, and coordination ofmaintenance or accident reports.

. Stay updated on market trends and competitoractivity to provide informed leasing options to customers.

Requirements

. Education:Bachelor's Degree in Busines, Marketing, or a related field.

. 2-4years of experience B2B Sales or Account Management, preferably within car leasing

. Proficiencyin English is required. Given the focus on Japanese corporate clients,the ability to speak Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) or experience working withJapanese business etiquette is a major plus

. Excellentnegotiation skills to negotiate pricingand contract terms to secure deals and interpersonal skills to work with both corporateclients and car dealers
