We are looking for someone with experience of the following expectation:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Development
- Identify and develop new revenue streams including VIP clientele, corporate bookings, and private events
- Drive sales strategies to increase table bookings, event attendance, and overall club revenue
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to recommend business expansion strategies
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management
2. Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with: Corporate clients Event organisers Promoters and influencers
- Negotiate contracts, event deals, and partnership agreements
- Expand the nightclub's network within Singapore's entertainment and tourism ecosystem
3. VIP & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and manage high-value customer (VIP) portfolios
- Ensure premium service delivery and personalized guest experience
- Handle key client accounts and maintain long-term engagement
4. Event & Promotion Strategy
- Plan and execute themed events, international DJ nights, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams on branding, social media campaigns, and event promotions
- Monitor event performance and optimize strategies for higher attendance and profitability
5. Financial Performance & Reporting
- Track sales performance, revenue trends, and customer acquisition metrics
- Prepare business development reports and forecasts for management review
- Manage budgets for promotions, partnerships, and events
6. Market Positioning & Brand Development
- Strengthen brand presence in Singapore's nightlife industry
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement differentiation strategies
- Identify opportunities for expansion, including new outlets or service offerings
7. Compliance & Operational Alignment
- Ensure all business activities align with Singapore regulations, including: Liquor License requirements Public Entertainment Licence (PEL) conditions
- Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or nightlife/hospitality industry
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
