We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Lead to drive revenue growth across the Asia Pacific region with a focus on RegTech and Crypto/Digital Asset compliance solutions. You will own end-to-end sales execution and client partnership across financial institutions and Web3 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities across a full suite of RegTech + crypto compliance products, including KYC/KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, dynamic risk assessment, and crypto accounting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, ensuring high deal close rates, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.
- Advise and educate clients on product capabilities, regulatory updates, and best practices in compliance and risk management for both traditional finance and Web3.
- Lead client onboarding, sales pipeline reporting, and account management coordination with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on compliance, risk analytics, and digital asset reconciliation processes to deepen long-term partnerships.
Candidate Criteria
- 3+ years experience in SaaS/RegTech/FinTech sales with strong performance in subscription/recurring revenue.
- Strong understanding of KYC / KYB / KYT / Transaction Monitoring / Risk Analytics and regulatory use cases.
- Experience selling to banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and Web3 platforms (exchanges, wallets, OTC, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client pipelines, close deals, and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
