Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with our offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, including attendee acquisition, sponsorship packages, and promotional activities.
- Take full ownership of projects and initiatives, from inception to execution, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, operations, legal, and finance to achieve collective goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the web3, AI and fintech space.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles in startups, fintech, blockchain or venture capitals.
- Bachelor's degree holder from top-tier universities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly proficient in English.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High sense of urgency and level of resilience to work under high pressure.
- Strong understanding and passion for web3/crypto space AI is a plus.
