Job Summary

We're looking for an ideal candidate who will contribute to a high-growth team in a rapidly expanding business by developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable commercial growth - will lead consultative sales cycles, build strategic partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative digital marketing and influencer marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and own business and sales strategies to achieve company objectives and commercial targets
  • Sell AnyMind's technology solutions by tailoring product introductions to meet client needs in digital marketing and influencer marketing
  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities within direct brands and media agency ecosystems to accelerate growth
  • Leverage and expand a strong network of contacts across brands and agencies in Singapore to generate business opportunities
  • Conduct consultative selling across brands and agencies, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to client brief receipt
  • Lead initial project setup and collaborate with colleagues to ensure project delivery meets high standards and maintains healthy margins
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to contribute to annual budgeting, sales pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
  • Maintain composure and confidence while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate enthusiastically with cross-functional teams across different markets to drive business success
  • Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to engage clients and internal stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience in Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies
  • Proven experience in consultative selling with agencies and/or direct brands
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams and projects across multiple levels
  • Deep knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including social, programmatic, and influencer marketing

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with commercial acumen
  • Passion for storytelling and innovation in marketing approaches
  • Proven ability to translate strategic briefs into creative executions that meet client goals and quality standards
