Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strong customer relationships within the marine and offshore sectors. Supports clients with technical understanding of marine equipment and delivers endtoend commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong markets to expand market presence
  • Achieve sales targets by executing strategic sales planning, managing sales pipelines, and engaging clients effectively
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and product recommendations tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners to foster business growth
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, monitor competitors, and assess customer needs for informed decision-making
  • Apply technical knowledge of marine equipment and systems to support clients with tailored commercial solutions
  • Operate independently with a results-driven approach and willingness to travel as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in marine equipment, maritime solutions, or offshore sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated through client interactions and sales success
  • Technical understanding of marine equipment and systems applied in customer support and solution delivery
