Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and manage the sales pipeline
• Analyze market competition and market trends to gather insights on possible opportunities in the market
• Compile and present industry trends and data on a quarterly basis to develop and implement annual strategic sales plan
• Manage new sales activities to maximize revenue opportunity
• Prepare and manage all documentations required for requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Present and negotiate to win and manage within approved plans and budgets
• Partner with Operations to manage client relations and new outlets opening
• Collaborate the activities between business development and marketing teams to develop campaign for new and existing customers

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales & marketing
• Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities
• Effective interpersonal, negotiation and excellent presentation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
