Job Description:
Establish relationships with potential partners, include of strategic partners, distributors, or government agencies to expand business network
Drafting and negotiating contracts with business partners, including cooperation agreements, licenses and marketing partnerships
Designing long-term business strategies, setting sales targets, and developing action plans to achieve those goals
Monitor business performance, analyze sales data, and prepare progress reports related to business development initiatives.
Design marketing strategies that include promotion, pricing, and distribution of the company's products or services
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Requirements:
More than 2 years of sales experience, B2B related product sales experience is preferred
Possess good sales skills and negotiation skills, and have certain market analysis and judgment skills
Focus on efficiency, have the ability to manage multiple jobs and projects, and manage time, energy and priorities
Quick learning ability, strong sense of purpose, curiosity about new things, strong desire to influence and sense of purpose
Familiar with MS office and basic data analysis
Proficiency in ERP software is a plus
