Job Description

I am seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to support Takamasa International Singapore Private Limited in expanding our operations as a wholesaler of liquor, soft drinks, and beverages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality partners, and developing effective sales and marketing strategies to strengthen our market presence. This role requires strong market research capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with our logistics and operations to ensure efficient product distribution and high customer satisfaction. I am looking for someone who can enhance brand visibility, and contribute meaningfully to the long-term success and competitiveness of our company in the beverage wholesale industry.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the liquor, soft drinks, and beverage wholesale market.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitality partners, and other key stakeholders.

3. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and drive business growth.

4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support informed business decisions and identify expansion opportunities.

5. Collaborate to ensure efficient product distribution and maintain high customer satisfaction.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends relevant to Takamasa International Singapore Pte. Ltd.s liquor and beverage wholesale business.

2. Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools to track leads, manage accounts.

3. Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes for wholesale liquor, soft drinks, and beverages.

4. Knowledge in compliance requirements in related to liquor importation and wholesale operations.

5. Skilled in developing pricing strategies, evaluating product margins, and preparing financial sales forecasts.

6. Expertise in negotiating contracts, managing vendors, and securing strategic business partnerships.

7. Competent in digital marketing, promotional planning, and increasing brand visibility for beverage products.

8. Demonstrates strong ability to develop comprehensive KPI reports and performance analyses for informed business planning.

9. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic decision-making skills to support Takamasa International Singapore Pte. Ltd.s competitiveness.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months

Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3,000

This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
