The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and promoting the company's to expand our portfolio of creativearts training programs. The BDM will identify new markets, forge partnerships, and convert leads into revenuegenerating contracts while showcasing our highquality courses across music, dance, visual art, speech and drama.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the artstraining division, community centres, corporate clients and individual learners.
- Prospect and qualify opportunities, delivering compelling pitches and proposals that highlight curriculum benefits and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle: initial contact, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate to tailor programs to client needs and develop new course offerings.
- Design and propose customized programs for clients based on their specific needs in music, dance, art, speech, and drama.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to inform program development and marketing strategies.
