As we continue to expand across Asia-Pacific, we're seeking an energetic Business Development Manager based in Singapore to spearhead new business growth and drive strategic relationships across Southeast Asia.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new clients from brands, creative agencies, and media agencies. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals that accelerate Cape.io's growth in the region.

This is a high-impact role for a results-driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across brands, creative agencies, and media agencies in Southeast Asia
  • Build and maintain relationships with mid to senior-level marketing and advertising executives
  • Develop a deep understanding of Cape.io's platform and articulate its value proposition to prospects
  • Identify client challenges and position Cape.io's solutions to address their needs through intelligent automation
  • Collaborate closely with the VP, APAC, and cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and tailor proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Stay abreast of MarTech and AdTech trends to position Cape.io as a thought leader in the space.

About You

  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to brands, creative agencies, or media agencies
  • Strong network of contacts among mid to senior-level marketing and advertising professionals across Southeast Asia
  • A true hunter mentality ambitious, persistent, and driven by results
  • Experience working with comparable platforms such as Celtra, Smartly.io, or other creative automation tools is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing global environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Proficient in use of CRM's
