Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Oversee website content, customer reviews, and social media accounts
- Monitor trends in social media marketing and apply insights to campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Knowledge of website management and analytics
- Bilingual candidates preferred (not mandatory)
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and holiday eves
