  • Actively visit restaurants and hotels to present product offerings, build rapport with decision-makers, and secure new business partnerships.
  • Monitor new restaurant and hotel openings as well as emerging market trends to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the luxury food sector.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators by developing tailored strategies for client acquisition.
  • Process orders efficiently while maintaining meticulous records of all transactions and communications for accurate reporting.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress against objectives and inform future strategy.
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to clients by establishing strong professional relationships built on trust and reliability.
  • Monitor competitor activity closely and collaborate with the Regional Manager to formulate effective response strategies that protect market share.
