What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans aimed at promoting accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate services to prospective clients in order to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking events, cold calling initiatives, and thorough market research to expand the client base and address specific client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients by serving as their primary point of contact, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals that clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's full suite of corporate services.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as business heads to stay informed about industry regulations and trends while customising solutions that align with evolving client expectations.
- Conduct regular market analysis as well as competitor benchmarking activities to identify emerging opportunities for growth within the competitive landscape of corporate services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities among existing clients by referring them to relevant business heads so they can benefit from additional offerings such as trust or fiduciary services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments in order to provide insightful advice to clients and ensure the company remains competitive within the marketplace.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline is required for this position as it provides essential foundational knowledge for success.
- At least five years experience in business development or sales within professional services such as accounting, tax advisory, payroll management or corporate secretarial support is necessary for effective performance.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets by closing new deals and securing long-term contracts reflects your ability to deliver tangible results.
