The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new construction projects, securing contracts, building strong relationships with main contractors, consultants, and clients, and driving company revenue growth in the construction sector.Identify and secure new construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project managers.
Monitor government and private sector tenders and project opportunities.
Prepare and submit quotations, tender documents, and proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve company sales targets.
Coordinate with project, QS (Quantity Surveyor), and operations teams for costing and project execution.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
Attend site meetings, networking events, and industry briefings.
Ensure timely follow-up on payments and maintain good client relationships.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business development reports for management.
