  • Responsible for new customer development in order to achieve sales target.
  • Meets and exceeds KPIs in terms of customer contacts and realized gross profit from new development.
  • Provides timely and detailed information in the correct format in the CRM system.
  • Lead and manage quotations/proposals to customers RFQ/tender in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates sales efforts with sales persons in other countries, as required
  • Provides timely feedback to superior regarding performance.
  • Follow up late payment from assigned accounts, if any.
  • Provides market information such as potential customers, its traffic matrix, sector and competition to enable management to formulate effective sales and product strategies.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all Company employees.
  • Any other job assigned by Superior.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics service.
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well and collaboratively with cross-functional teams at all levels, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
  • Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set.
  • Good planning, organization and negotiation skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.
