Responsible for new customer development in order to achieve sales target.
Meets and exceeds KPIs in terms of customer contacts and realized gross profit from new development.
Provides timely and detailed information in the correct format in the CRM system.
Lead and manage quotations/proposals to customers RFQ/tender in a timely manner.
Coordinates sales efforts with sales persons in other countries, as required
Provides timely feedback to superior regarding performance.
Follow up late payment from assigned accounts, if any.
Provides market information such as potential customers, its traffic matrix, sector and competition to enable management to formulate effective sales and product strategies.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all Company employees.

Requirements
Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics service.
Self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well and collaboratively with cross-functional teams at all levels, internal and external stakeholders.
