Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
. Minimum of 5 years Insides Sales experience in the Semiconductor Industry
. Very organized and internally driven
. Experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
. Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
. Excellent listening, verbal, numerical, writing and listening skills Job Purpose:
. Own the inside sales process for a key account
. Assist in driving sales and revenue through continued inside sales effort while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
. Be the focal point for customers to help ensure all internal departments able to ensure customer satisfaction
. Provide support to sales team for commercial and/or contractual issues
. Provide inside sales support to the regional sales team
Responsibilities:
. Managing end-to-end order fulfilment and shipment coordination - by collaborating with other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
. Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues of delays
. Coordinate with logistics and operation teams to ensure on-time delivery
. Track shipment and manage delivery schedules for key customer
. Communicate shipment updates and order status to all relevant parties
. Manage status and action tracker reports to senior management
. Manage the customer rebate program (if applicable)
. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence
. Help and implement effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and meet or exceed sales targets
. Evaluate and improve sales and services processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
. Establish relations at all levels with customers during and after the sales process
. Work as part of the sales team, which includes Field Application and Sales Manager, to ensure on time delivery goals are met, track customer orders, and advise customers on late items
. Support on Contract Reviews to ensure all customer requirements are met
. Ensure outstanding issues are escalated according to the process
. Research status of orders, process expedites, reschedules, returns of material
. Identify, qualify and assist Sales to develop sales pipeline
. Refer qualified leads to appropriate Field Application Sales Engineer that do not meet inside sales criteria
. Manage sales and business relationships within assigned region
. Track all relevant sales activity using CRM system (including calls, prospect, pipeline, account notes, etc.)
. Work closely with Field Sales to determine a strategic approach to win business
. Secure orders to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
. Refer requests for technical assistance to the appropriate department
