Business Development Manager - Prominent Local Law Firm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and action-oriented Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving market growth, strengthening client relationships, and shaping strategies that keep the firm at the forefront of the legal sector in the region. Ideally, the candidate we are looking for is someone who is not only task-focused and operationally driven, but someone with the strategic experience to propel the firm forward and strengthen its regional standing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver business development and marketing SOPs aligned with firm objectives and deliverables tracking.
• Engineer strategic BD processes and plans that will strengthen and grow the firm&aposs position across the region and across practices
• Lead initiatives that deepen engagement with existing clients while opening new opportunities for expansion across sectors and geographies through lead generation and pipeline building.
• Manage and mentor a talented BD team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Leverage data, insights, and industry trends to position the firm as a thought leader in its practice areas through events and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (in any discipline) with at least 10 years in BD within law, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of Singapores legal market and wider Asia-Pacific trends, and cross-practice BD exposure.
• Skilled in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
